1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pk65 game platform — including the website at pk65game.app, the mobile app, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of pk65 game, whether you are browsing as a guest, registering as a new player, or using an existing account. Using any part of the platform after a revision to these terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pk65 game, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on pk65 game. This applies regardless of the device, browser, email address or payment method used. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended and balances may be forfeited at pk65 game's discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made and games played. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password. PK65 Game will never contact you to ask for your password.

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these terms. P K65 Game reserves the right to request verification documents at any point. Accounts found to contain inaccurate identity details will be suspended until the matter is resolved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk65 game are conducted in PKR. We support deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The available methods and applicable minimum amounts are shown on the Deposit page.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• PK65 Game does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the identity on your pk65 game account.
• Before processing a withdrawal, pk65 game may require identity verification. Please ensure your account details are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
• Any deposit bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the related winnings become withdrawable.
• PK65 Game reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests as a standard fraud and security measure.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the pk65 game sports section, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other available markets.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• All bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. For in-play markets, the odds at the moment of confirmation apply.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the required result is determined, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, which are available within the sports section.
• For cricket matches, including PSL fixtures, the minimum number of overs required for a result to stand in a rain-affected match follows standard DLS and competition rules as defined in individual market descriptions.
• PK65 Game reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns that may indicate match manipulation.
• Maximum bet amounts per market are applied and displayed during the betting process. These limits may vary by sport, event and account history.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PK65 Game offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement become withdrawable.
• PK65 Game reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time without prior notice, though this will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively in use.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that restrict normal play may not be eligible for certain promotions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk65 game platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, software tools or any automated system to place bets, access the platform or gain a systematic advantage.
• Arbitrage abuse: Exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets in a systematic way that constitutes abuse rather than normal sports betting activity.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another individual.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Match manipulation: Any participation in, or knowledge of, schemes to fix or manipulate the outcome of sporting events on which bets are placed through the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the pk65 game platform to deposit, move or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin of those funds.
• Platform abuse: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise be payable under normal operating conditions.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

PK65 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. This may occur for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspicious activity that triggers fraud or security protocols.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant and subject to administrative processes described in individual account communications.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at pk65 game's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

If you wish to close your account, contact our support team directly. You can also initiate a self-exclusion period through your account settings without closing the account permanently.

9. Responsible Gaming

PK65 Game takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment and we want every player to maintain a healthy relationship with gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players within account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk65 game platform — including but not limited to the logo, graphics, interface design, text, software, game assets and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PK65 Game or its licensed content providers. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.

The game software available through the lobby is provided by third-party developers under licence agreements. Your use of these games is subject to both these Terms and Conditions and the relevant game provider's end-user terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, PK65 Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, data, or access due to technical failures, network issues or circumstances outside pk65 game's reasonable control.

PK65 Game does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and occasional outages may occur. Where a technical error results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or an unintended game outcome, pk65 game reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by pk65 game's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. Changes to These Terms

PK65 Game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any real-money balance.
